Is an introductory conversation a workflow assessment?
No. An introductory conversation is an initial discussion of your business challenges, goals, and constraints, not a workflow assessment. There is no commitment to an assessment or to building software. A workflow assessment examines your workflows and existing technology to inform prioritized recommendations; its scope and terms are agreed separately.
Do I need to know what software I want?
No. Start with the problem: where work gets stuck, what your team repeats, or what your existing tools can't do. Understanding that comes before choosing a technical solution.
Will you recommend replacing all our current tools?
Not by default. Configuration, integration, or a more suitable existing product may be the better answer. Custom development should earn its place based on workflow value, total cost, risk, and maintenance needs.
Does the software you build have to include AI?
No. AI-assisted engineering describes part of our development process, not a requirement for your application. AI features belong in a solution only when they address a real need and their costs and data-handling implications make sense.
What will we own, and who hosts it?
Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are defined in the agreement, including any pre-existing or third-party components. Hosting, repository access, data control, and handoff are agreed for your project. Customer-controlled deployment is an option where appropriate.
Can you help after launch?
Optional support and maintenance can be scoped to your needs. Responsibilities for updates, hosting, monitoring, and backups are agreed explicitly; they aren't assumed to be included indefinitely.

No. Soulstone Health LLC works with small and medium-sized businesses across industries. Healthcare is part of our software background, not a limit on who we can help.
